Qualification: MSc Inorganic Chemistry

Roles and responsibilities

• Inorganic Salt Recovery: Lead the development and optimization of processes for recovering inorganic salts like Sodium Bromide, Lithium Coronides, Sodium Sulphate and similar compounds from industrial effluents.
• Effluent Treatment: Design and implement sedimentation processes for the treatment of aqueous effluents, ensuring effective removal of inorganic contaminants and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve recovery and sedimentation processes to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency.
• Laboratory Analysis: Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of recovered salts and effluents to ensure purity, composition, and compliance with required standards.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including environmental, R&D, and operations teams, to support the scaling and application of inorganic salt recovery and effluent treatment methods.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all processes meet industry-specific regulations and environmental safety standards related to chemical handling, waste disposal, and effluent treatment.
