Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mana Pharma Private Limited (“Mana Pharma”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. We are a company incorporated in India (CIN U24230TG2019PTC133266) with our registered office at Anagha Prime, Unit 501, Plot No. 61, Kavuri Hills, Phase-I, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad – 500033, Telangana, India.

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. Where visitors from the European Union or the United Kingdom contact us, we also respect the rights given to them by the GDPR and UK GDPR.

1. Personal data we collect

Enquiry and product inquiry forms. The type of enquiry, your name, company, email address, phone number, country, area of interest, the product you ask about and your message.

Job applications. The position, or for internships the department, you apply for, your name, email address, college or university, course, current organisation, current location, experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, any remarks, and the CV you upload.

Direct contact. Anything you choose to share when you email or call us.

Technical data. Like most websites, our server records the IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of each visit in its logs, which we use for security and troubleshooting. When a form is submitted, your IP address is also used for a few minutes to block repeated automated submissions.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website. Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or financial account details, unless we specifically ask for it.

2. How we use your personal data

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and discuss product supply, development or partnership opportunities.
  • To send business contacts information about our products and services that may be relevant to them. You can ask us to stop at any time, as described in section 9.
  • To assess your job application, contact you about it and, if you join us, start your employment record.
  • To run, secure and improve this website and to prevent spam and misuse.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and tax obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make decisions about you by purely automated means.

3. Legal basis

Under Indian law we rely on the consent you give when you submit a form, and on the legitimate uses the law allows, such as responding to a request you have made or meeting a legal obligation. For visitors in the EU or UK, our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and recruiting staff, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in telling business contacts about our products and services.

4. Who we share it with

  • Our own teams who need it to deal with your request, such as business development, quality, R&D or human resources.
  • Service providers who host this website and our email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and only for that purpose.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, courts, regulators or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
  • A buyer or successor if our business, or part of it, is reorganised, merged or sold.

5. International transfers

We are based in India and your personal data is stored and processed in India. Some of our service providers may process data in other countries. If you contact us from outside India, your data will be transferred to India, and we protect it as described in this policy wherever it is processed.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
  • Job applications and CVs: for as long as we need them for recruitment, including considering you for other suitable roles in future, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employee record.
  • Server logs: for a short period, in line with our hosting set-up, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

7. How we protect it

We follow reasonable security practices to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to form submissions and CVs is limited to authorised staff. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will act promptly and notify you and the authorities where the law requires if a breach affects your data.
